The cabinet structure of ZGS series products is divided into front and rear parts. The front is the high and low voltage operating compartment; the high voltage compartment includes high voltage terminals, load switches, no-load voltage regulating tap switches, plug-in fuses, pressure release valves, oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, and oil drain valves.
The low-voltage compartment includes low-voltage terminals and low-voltage power distribution devices. The rear part is the fuel tank body and the heat sink, the transformer winding and iron core, the high voltage load switch and the protective fuse are all in the fuel storage tank.
Engineered for secure and reliable performance in diverse environments, our pad-mounted distribution transformers are designed to safely integrate into public and accessible spaces. The enclosures are constructed from heavy-gauge sheet steel and finished with a durable powder-coated, baked-on finish for enhanced vandal-resistance and long-term weatherproof protection. Available in both live-front and dead-front designs with radial or loop-feed configurations, these transformers are built with premium materials, featuring customizable aluminum or copper windings to support a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial load applications in urban and rural settings. They are filled with a sustainable, biodegradable dielectric fluid that provides superior fire safety and contributes to an extended operational lifespan. This high-efficiency design translates into significant lifecycle cost savings for owners through reduced energy consumption and lower overall ownership costs, while their low-noise operation and optimized grid compatibility ensure a hassle-free connection and a reliable, efficient power supply for your specific application.
